Angela Brady brings more than 25 years of experience in drug development and clinical research to a practical question: what will it take to deliver this program well? As the principal of ABRA Clinical Consulting, she helps biotech and emerging biopharma sponsors make evidence-based CRO selection decisions and establish the governance, oversight, and operating models that support delivery.
Her experiences leading complex, global clinical enterprises give her an operator’s perspective on CRO evaluation. She looks beyond a compelling proposal to examine how the proposed team, resources, processes, and delivery assumptions fit a sponsor’s program. Through ABRA’s PROOF approach, she brings scientific, operational, regulatory, and commercial fluency to assessing capabilities, identifying risks, and setting clear expectations for the partnership.
