What this check measures
First, you answer several questions, chosen for where your program is right now. Two scores come back. Your Vendor Readiness Score tells you how well prepared you are to select, contract, and manage a CRO. Your Leadership Coverage Score tells you whether someone experienced owns clinical operations on your side.

Each score lands in one of three bands: ready, gaps worth closing, or at risk. You see your scores on screen as soon as you finish.
